This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and billing disputes are handled for purchases made from Cash’s Inner Circle LLC (“OpenFlow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. By purchasing any OpenFlow product or subscription, you agree to this Policy.

1. Nature of the Product: Digital Software Access

OpenFlow products are digital goods: software licenses, automation tools, educational content, and community access delivered electronically. Because access is granted immediately upon purchase and digital products cannot be “returned” in the way physical goods can, refunds are more limited than for physical purchases. Where required by applicable consumer-protection law, you may be asked at checkout to acknowledge that immediate delivery of digital content may waive certain statutory withdrawal rights.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time through your Whop account or billing portal. When you cancel:

  • your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing period;
  • you retain full access to the software, education, and community until the end of the billing period you have already paid for; and
  • no further charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.

To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before your renewal date. Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid.

3. Refund Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or required by applicable law, refunds are available as follows:

  • Initial purchases: refund requests for a first purchase are reviewed case by case. Contact us promptly if the software could not be activated or accessed and our support team was unable to resolve the issue.
  • Renewal charges: renewal payments are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us promptly after the charge and we will review the request in good faith.
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges: verified duplicate or mistaken charges will be refunded in full.

Refunds are not provided based on trading performance or outcomes. Trading results depend on markets, your configuration, and your decisions, and are expressly outside the scope of any refund consideration. See our Risk Disclosure and Earnings Disclaimer.

4. Setup Fees

OpenFlow does not currently charge separate setup, onboarding, or installation fees. If a setup fee is ever introduced for a product, its amount and refund terms will be stated at checkout for that purchase.

5. One-Time Purchases (OpenFlow Group)

The OpenFlow Group is a one-time purchase that grants ongoing access to the group for the commercial life of the offering, as described in the Software License Agreement. Refund requests for one-time Group purchases are reviewed under the same conditions as initial purchases in Section 3; otherwise, one-time purchases are non-refundable. Cancelling or refunding a Group purchase also ends eligibility for member Automation pricing.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. contact us through your Whop purchase or the official OpenFlow Discord community, using the account associated with your purchase;
  2. include your order number or receipt, the date of purchase, and the reason for the request; and
  3. allow a reasonable period for our team to review and respond.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds may take several business days to appear. We cannot refund to a different payment method than the one used for purchase.

7. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first through Whop or the official OpenFlow Discord community — most billing issues can be resolved quickly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account and license while the dispute is investigated. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks we believe are invalid and to provide the payment processor with evidence of purchase, delivery, and usage. Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently terminated.

8. Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted where:

  • the request falls outside the applicable eligibility window;
  • the account has violated our Terms of Service or the Software License Agreement (for example, license sharing or reverse engineering);
  • the request is based on trading losses, market conditions, prop-firm account outcomes, or dissatisfaction with trading performance;
  • the issue arises from third-party platforms, brokers, data feeds, or prop firms outside our control; or
  • the purchase was made through a third party whose own refund terms apply (see Section 9).

Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

9. Payment Processor and Marketplace Terms

Purchases are processed by third-party payment processors or marketplaces (for example, a checkout or membership platform). Those providers’ terms and dispute procedures apply to the payment transaction itself, and where a purchase was made through a marketplace, that marketplace’s refund process may govern. In the event of a conflict between this Policy and mandatory processor or marketplace terms, the mandatory terms control for that transaction. OpenFlow purchases are processed through Whop, whose buyer terms and dispute procedures apply to the payment transaction itself.
